Terms
FairForm helps prepare drafts. It does not replace advice.
These are MVP service terms for launch preparation. They should be checked by a qualified adviser or solicitor before taking paying users or real sensitive evidence.
FairForm is preparing for launch. These pages are operational MVP policies and must be reviewed before accepting real medical, disability, benefits or housing records.
What FairForm does
FairForm helps users organise evidence, build timelines, answer missing questions and prepare draft outputs such as benefit-form answers, reconsideration points, tribunal packs and housing complaint material.
Users remain responsible for checking facts, editing drafts and deciding what to submit.
What FairForm does not do
FairForm does not provide legal advice, regulated financial advice, medical advice or tribunal representation. It does not contact DWP, councils, landlords, insurers, employers, courts or tribunals on a user's behalf.
FairForm cannot guarantee an award, payment, complaint outcome, reconsideration result or tribunal result.
Human review
Adviser, tribunal specialist, housing adviser and language partner review are separate optional services. Nothing should be shared with a reviewer until the user chooses the review option and consents to the adviser pack being shared.
Payments
Pricing, memberships, adviser review fees and sponsored memberships are still being wired. Stripe checkout and payment terms must be tested before paid launch.
Use of the MVP
While FairForm is in test mode, use dummy evidence only. Do not upload real medical, disability, benefits, housing, employment, insurance or identity records until the launch status page says real-data mode is open.
Contact and complaints
A direct FairForm support email must be configured before paid launch or real evidence handling.
Not legal advice. FairForm organises your own evidence and prepares drafts for you to review before sending. Seek qualified advice for complex, urgent or high-risk matters.
